Jurij Fedynskyj & the Poltava Kobzar Guild coming to Exeter with the UK tour, 'The Kobzar's Prayer for Ukraine', where Fedynskyj presents the lost, national instruments of Ukraine, the traditional torban, bandura, and kobza, in defense of Ukraine today. This will feature:

• a concert of traditional Ukrainian sacred songs, epic psalms, historic songs, folklore, as well as related genres

• a short film and talk about the war in Ukraine today, through the heart and history of Ukraine, through her greatest poets, statesmen, and blind singers

• a demonstration of what a traditional kobzar might be today
