The Exeter Connection Service is a free, confidential support service for Ukrainian individuals and families living in Exeter.
Delivered by the Devon Ukrainian Association in partnership with Exeter City Council, the service provides practical guidance, information, advocacy, and personalised support to help people navigate life in the UK, overcome challenges, and access the opportunities available to them.
Whether you need help with housing, employment, benefits, education, wellbeing, or understanding local services, our team is here to listen, guide, and connect you to the right support.

You can contact the Exeter Connection Service directly, or be referred by Exeter City Council, schools, healthcare providers, community organisations, or other support services. We aim to respond promptly and ensure you know what support is available.

A member of our team will arrange an initial conversation to understand your situation, discuss your needs, and identify any urgent concerns. Together, we will explore the challenges you are facing and agree on the most appropriate next steps.
