WHAT WE SUPPORT
We provide community initiative support to projects demonstrating genuine charitable, civic or social intent, able and committed leadership, potential for significant community impact and growth.
WHAT WE DO NOT
SUPPORT
We will not support commercial or profit-making ventures under community initiatives. We are developing a startup business program to address those needs separately under the Business Hub programme.
REVIEW PROCESS
Applications for community initiatives support are rigorously reviewed by Devon Ukrainian Association staff, board members, and community advisors. We invite the leaders of projects that are strong candidates for community initiatives sponsorship to meet with us, briefly present their project, and answer questions. The full board of the Devon Ukrainian Association makes the final determination of sponsorship.
HOW AND WHEN TO APPLY
Proposals are accepted on the ongoing basis. Please click on the "EXPRESS INTEREST" button, it will take you to the document. Downloand it, fill out a Letter of Interest, mark the support aspects your project needs. Submit your proposal including attachments to welcome@dua.org.uk. Please note that incomplete proposals will not be considered for sponsorship.
