About the event

Voices from an endangered culture: UKRAINIAN WARTIME POETRY

War leaves scars not only on the land but also on the soul of a culture. We've lost so many brilliant minds... Writers and artists who gave their lives not just with arms but with their words. We remember each name: Victoria Amelina, Volodymyr Vakulenko, Maksym Kryvtsov—their works and sacrifices will not be forgotten.

We invite you to an event where you'll feel the power of words and the strength of spirit. Our esteemed poets Yuliya Musakovska, Olena Huseinova, and Hanna Khriakova will share stories of their fallen friends and continue the fight to preserve our identity. Let's support the Hospitallers together, who save lives on the front line.

Join us for this important dialogue with Hugh Roberts and Helen Vassallo from the University of Exeter. Let’s share what matters and ensure the voices fighting for freedom are not forgotten!

Proceeds will go to Hospitallers, a Ukrainian voluntary paramedic organization working to save lives on the front line. See https://www.hospitallers.org.uk/
