"Ukraine. Children” – An Art Exhibition of Courage, Memory, and Hope
We warmly invite you to a very special exhibition presented by the Devon Ukrainian Association: “Ukraine. Children” — a moving collection of 10 original artworks created by young Ukrainian artists aged 8–16, some of them displaced by war.
Time & Location
05 Jul 2025, 12:00 – 15:00
Devon Ukrainian Association, 19 North St, Exeter EX4 3QS, UK
About the event
The drawings, sent from Ukraine, speak with honesty and heart about identity, memory, home, and resilience. Each one is a window into how children understand their world — filled with longing, tradition, beauty, and strength.
As part of the opening day, we will host a live telebridge between the students of the art school Khudozhka (Kyiv region) and the Ukrainian Saturday School “Berehynia” in Exeter — sharing voices and drawings across borders.Artworks will be available for donation (suggested £25).
All proceeds go to support the young artists and the Ukrainian "Berehynia" school.
Come. Reflect. Support. Let these children’s voices be heard through their colours and lines. Opening: 12:00 PM (UK time)
Special live link-up: 1:00 PM (UK time)
